FAQ

Questions we are asked most often.

If yours is not here, the discovery call exists precisely for that.

Start with a discovery call to discuss your challenge, ask questions and assess fit. The diagnostic provides written findings before a wider engagement is proposed. Review the scope, deliverables, responsibilities and fee before committing to further work.
The services are designed for owner-managed and founder-led businesses seeking clarity on strategy, operations, technology or finance. Describe your business, the challenge and your available resources in the discovery call so the scope can be assessed.
Published starting fees range from £800 for a business diagnostic to £50,000+ for an integrated business transformation programme. Each engagement receives a written scope and fixed-fee proposal. Prices are in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable, software licences, third-party costs and pre-agreed expenses. See the Services page for individual packages. View service packages and pricing →
Both options are available. On-site delivery is available across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and North London. Remote delivery is available across the UK and for international enquiries from North America, Europe and Asia. Time-zone overlap, language requirements, access and any travel are agreed before work starts.
Every engagement includes a structured handover with documentation and, where relevant, training. A 30-day follow-up check-in is included, and ongoing advisory retainers are available if you want continued support.
We are vendor-neutral. We do not take commission, referral fees or reseller margin from any technology provider. When we recommend a tool, it is because it fits your requirements and budget.
Under a written confidentiality agreement and in accordance with UK GDPR. Client data is stored in access-controlled systems, used only for the engagement, and deleted or returned at the end unless you ask otherwise. Full details are in our privacy policy.
You can review the proposed scope, deliverables, timeline, fees and responsibilities before agreeing to the engagement. Company registration documentation are available on request.
No. Select “Not sure yet” in the enquiry form and describe the issue in your own words. Strategy, operations, technology and finance questions can overlap; the starting conversation helps establish which part needs attention first.
A short description of the business, the main challenge and the outcome you want is enough to start. Mention relevant deadlines, constraints and previous attempts. You do not need to create a presentation just to make an enquiry.
No. They illustrate how the listed services can take shape. Your written proposal defines the actual deliverables, scope, fee and timeline for the engagement.
The service descriptions do not require a particular software purchase. A technology discussion should first establish the problem and requirements. Any proposed tool should be considered alongside the existing process and systems.
No. The contact form opens a prepared draft in your email application. You must send it there. If the draft does not open, email the address shown on the Contact page directly.
The privacy, terms and cookie-policy pages are linked in the footer on every page. Read them alongside any engagement-specific agreement and raise questions before committing to work.
